Question about Netatmo Presence with alarm siren

Hello there are two cameras (both with siren) one with the type number NOC-S-W-EC and NA-NOC-S-W-EC. Price difference almost 100 CHF. One also has bad reviews. But I can't see any difference in the specifications. Does anyone know what the difference is?

There is no technical difference. This has to do internally from the manufacturer with the target region. There are also other versions with, for example, -DE at the end. Important is NOC-S for the version with siren and if you still prefer the white version, as you wrote, then with -W.
