Yes, you can! I tell my Nest Hub, for example: "Play Deutschlandfunk Radio in the living room" Then the Nest mini with the name 'Living room' plays DLF.

You can connect several Google speakers as a group and have Spotify or similar play in sync so that you have the same music in every room. 1to1 without delay.
