Question about Icy Box IB-DK2102-C - 11-Fach USB-C Dual Dock 60W PD
Hello I have connected my ACER notebook (Aspire 5 A517-51G-846P) to the ICY BOX. All peripheral devices, as well as LAN, work perfectly. Unfortunately, the external screen, Acer Nitro VG240Ybmiix (24", 1920 x 1080 pixels) does not work. The error message No Signal always appears, regardless of whether I connect the device with VGA or HDMI. Unfortunately, I have not found a current driver for the ICY BOX. I find the question confusing. What the ICY-BOX has to do with the external screen not working is a mystery to me! The question probably belongs more in an Acer support forum or in the forum on pctipp.ch). This is the website of Digitec, a retailer of electronic products. That's where product-specific questions belong. So questions about the ICY-BOX. By the way, it does not need any drivers.
