Hello My Blu-Ray player BP55EB40 is not Windows 11 compatible according to digitec, is there a solution in the meantime, because my player does not want to read Blu-rays

My BP55EB40 works perfectly with Windows 11. To play Blu-Ray films, however, you need the appropriate software. Windows 11 cannot play copy-protected Blu-Ray films by default.

My BP55EB40 works perfectly for data CDs under Windows 11 23H2. I have not tried it with film DVD / Bluray. But I will test it as soon as I have found the appropriate discs.

PowerDVD 23 should work for viewing, MakeMKV for backups.
