Hello,

This action is done from the Jabra Direct Update Firmware software (yes...I know, I reported it to Jabra...it's not great to have to go through this). In fact, it completely reinstalls the firmware in the language of our choice.
1. Connect your headset to your PC
2. Launch the Jabra Direct Update Firmware software
3. Follow the instructions and select the French language
