Hi, does the 36-month warranty cover the burn-in problems that affect some OLED monitors?

Hello and thank you for your question.

The warranty covers pixel errors and burn-in. You do not need to worry about this. Just make sure that the functions such as Orbit are active in the monitor menu (active on delivery) and that the Image Retention Refresh is carried out regularly (the monitor does this automatically or reminds you every 8 hours when it is switched off).

Yes as far as I have read on the internet the warranty covers burn-in. But I don't think that will be a problem, I've been using the monitor for a few days for gaming and work and it's very good. Only the audio output doesn't work, will have to see if it's a defect.
