Hi everyone, I have already received the second tracker from galaxus because the first one did not work. Now also with the second tracker, the app does not show me any localisation, whether it shows that it is connected to the tracker. What is the reason for this? I have unlocked all settings, software is up to date. Now I'm in contact with the manufacturer and they say it needs to be authorised for the swisscom LoRa network.... Would be really happy for a quick support
Since the tracker communicates via LoRa WAN and not the app, this statement is "nonsense".
There is a recess on the part, when you press it, it updates its location and transmits it to the app. Have you tried this? How high is the update interval set? Do you have a Bluetooth connection to your mobile phone? Have you reset the tracker?
To all those who have problems with the tracker: contact the manufacturer directly. They were able to activate a connection for me so that everything now works perfectly.
