To connect the small speakers (surround speakers) to the Samsung Soundbar HW-Q990C, follow these steps:

## Connecting the surround speakers

1. connect the speaker cables to the wireless receiver module:
- Plug the grey cable into the grey socket of the receiver and the blue plug into the blue socket of the receiver. Match each coloured socket connected to the speaker cable with the same coloured label on the back of the speaker.

2. switch on the radio receiver module:
- Check that the blue LED on the back of the receiver is flashing. If the LED indicator does not flash, press and hold the ID SET button on the back of the receiver module for at least 5 seconds.

3. initialise the connection:
- Switch off the soundbar and press the UP button on the remote control until the 'ID SET' indicator appears on the soundbar display. This display disappears immediately.

4. confirm the connection:
- Switch the soundbar on again. The blue LED on the receiver module should light up solid blue, indicating a successful connection.
