You're right, it is not possible. Shokz don't claim active noise reduction on their site, so the current listing here of "Noise Reduction" under Specifications by Digitec must be an error.

There is no noise reduction because the interest of this headset is to listen to music without being cut off from its environment. The sound is great and I can't get enough of it.
