How do I get the internet to work on the watch? I have purchased a lycamobile prepaid with internet subscription, if I put the sim card on the phone everything works properly, but if I put the sim card in the watch the internet no longer works and therefore impossible to use the watch! Solutions? How did someone who had the same problem as me solve it?
At first I wanted to do it with a prepaid card. But it doesn't work! Go to Sunrise or Swisscom, Salt with the watch. They will then give you a suitable SIM card. (like a plan)
Not sure what you mean by “internet”, do you mean cell data service?
Anyway, did you activate the SIM card? Sounds like it may be a problem with the service provider and not the watch. You can check this by putting the SIM card in a phone and verifying you have data. If the phone has no connection you need to speak with Lyca. Failing that Swisscoms have kids data services for 9chf per month, or Galaxus for ~18chf . Good luck!
