I have no comparison of the Sennheiser headphones with Sony. Compared to my Bose QuietComfort 35 II, they sound even more open, with a wider stage. They don't overdo it in the bass, but they are crisp and deep. The mids sound very natural and voices are well positioned in the room. It seems fresh and lively without exaggerating frequencies.
The frequency response can still be corrected and saved in the app. However, this was not necessary for me. The ANC is somewhat better than the Bose. Above all, they are less noisy when the music is off.
Everything seems to be of high quality and the included silicone parts fit the earphones well in the ear. Surprisingly, they fit very well in my ears, so I can even do sports with them.
