How long does it take for the battery to run down? I need at least 10 hours of battery charge per day. Does it have that or not?

According to the manufacturer: 12 hours (MP3 128 kbit/s, ambient noise mode off) 10 hours (Linear PCM 1411 kbit/s, ambient noise mode off) 4 hours (Bluetooth® playback, ambient noise mode off).
I need the Walkmann for long runs of 3-4h. I can safely do 3 laps without charging it.
