Hello, I had the same problem.
I was able to solve it with the help of a reset.
Tip came from Pico support
Factory reset:
- Press and hold the volume up and power button for 15 seconds;
- The Android logo with the words "no command" will appear;
- Press and hold the power and volume up buttons again for one second;
- A menu should appear;
- Select "Wipe Data and Factory Reset*".
Important: it may take a little while, just be patient 😉
Your pico will have a fault! I also had problems with my first pair of glasses, but they were replaced! Greetings
