I bought this product but cannot extend my Desktop to more than one display. Based on what I read on some forums, it appears this product is not suitable for extending to more than one screen. If so, having two HDMI ports is really misleading. I will wait for an answer before returning

According to the manufacturer Acer, this docking station should be able to extend up to three monitors with HDMI, DP and VGA connections - Please contact our customer service to investigate any incompatibly:
