I currently have 9x this model of fan, 2x the 3 pack with node and 3x individual, by plugging my fans on the node only 6 turn on (rgb) do I have to connect the 2 node with the commander pro from corsair or not need?

Helpful answer

Hello,

Try looking at this link from the Corsair forum, you may find out how to connect your fans. If you scroll down to the bottom of the page you will see all the possible variants depending on the number of fans.

1) 1st thing to check is the iCue config -> lighting setup and see if it is set to "QL RGB series fans".
2) you can't connect your 9 QL rgb fans on a "Lighting Node Pro" it doesn't handle enough leds it was designed for LL120's you would need 2 with only one hub connected by node pro, a commander is much easier if you have
3) if not, it could be a bad configuration or connections between the different "boxes" node, hub, commander pro

I have 10x QL120 with 2x commander pro + watercooling Hydro X, 2 commanders because I need 11 "fan" controllers the RGB of my QL120 fans are connected like this:
6x QL120 -> Corsair RGB Fan LED Hub no1 https://i.imgur.com/y1HePWi.pn...
4x QL120 -> Corsair RGB Fan LED Hub no2
2x Corsair RGB Fan LED Hub (no1+no2) -> Commander Pro no1
This is the final result https://i.postimg.cc/vBmCQpYc...
