I have a DELL monitor that charges my laptop with an integrated docking station. Now I want to connect my desktop to the switch. Can the monitor/docking station still charge my laptop through the switch? Monitor USB port spec: This port supports USB Power delivery, data and DisplayPort video signal. The SuperSpeed USB 5Gb/s (USB 3.2 Gen1) Type-C port supports Alternate Mode DP1.4 with a maximum resolution of 2560 x 1440 at 60 Hz, PD 20 V/4.5 A, 15 V/3 A, 9 V/3 A, 5 V/3 A.
Does the switch also support data transfer? - I want to connect the switch to the monitor and display two PCs alternately on it. The monitor has a hub to which the Logitech dongle for the mouse and the Jabra dongle for the headphones are connected. Does the attached laptop recognise these dongles? Thank you!

No, it doesn't work for me. The switch is only used to switch between two laptops on one monitor. The power supply must then be external.
