I have been using the router for 3 months now. Unfortunately, the WLAN and WAN connection breaks down 3-4 times a week, i.e. the router simply reboots. This is extremely annoying, e.g. during a video conference, you just fly out. This is unacceptable! I haven't heard from ASUS support even after writing 3 times. It doesn't work either! I have already tried many things without success. I am basically satisfied with the routers. But these unnecessary interruptions are just embarrassing in conferences. Can I return my 2 sets?
Oh, I'm afraid Digitec only has a 30-day return policy, but what you can do now is send it in for repair. If a repair cannot be carried out successfully several times and the product is defective, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, demand a price reduction or get a new replacement product.
Or alternatively buy something else with WiFi6, e.g. a TP Link X20 3-piece set for WiFi6 costs only 356 and the even better X60 3-piece set costs 399 francs.
