Yes 4 RGB fans are included. Plugged into 12 volt molex, they run at maximum all the time, it's a noisy disaster!

I would not recommend this one as it is not very good at cooling, but I would recommend this one, Kolink Observatory RGB (Midi Tower). very good value for money. Greetings
