Return policy
Do you want to return a product? You can make a return directly from your customer account. You will find all the necessary information under 'Returns and warranty'. We have listed the requirements for you below. Products purchased from Digitec Galaxus AG can be returned by post or taken to a branch (1). Products from third-party suppliers can only be returned by post.

(1) In the branches, we can only accept products that can also be ordered for collection. Products that are too large or heavy must be registered under 'Returns and guarantee' and returned by post.

1. return period
The return periods apply from the date of dispatch or collection. The date of the postmark or personal return is decisive for the return.

1.1. 30-day right of return on products purchased from Digitec Galaxus

Subject to the exceptions below, items purchased from Digitec Galaxus AG may be returned within 30 calendar days.

1.2. 14-day right of return on products purchased from third-party suppliers

Subject to the exceptions below, products purchased from other retailers or third-party suppliers via our online shop can be returned within 14 calendar days.

2. no right of return
Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns in the following cases:

In the case of damaged items (with the exception of transport damage).
If the original packaging is not present
If accessories are missing
For electronic software licences (ESD)
In the case of foodstuffs
When buying or renting cars, electric cars, hybrid cars
For opened items of the following product groups:
Consumables (toner, filters, ink cartridges, etc.)
Hygiene articles (headphones, toothbrushes, razors, etc.)
Child seats
Software with broken seal
Books, DVDs
Items used for food preparation or storage (blenders, pans, Tupperware etc.)
3. refund value
Provided the product can be returned, the following refund rules apply:

Full refund at the purchase price:

The item is in unopened, undamaged original packaging.
Clothing and footwear: Refund of the purchase price, provided the following conditions are met: No signs of use, labels on garment and original packaging present.
Deduction depending on the condition of the item (at least 10% or minimum deduction CHF 10.--):

The item has been opened or used (exceptions: cf. 2.):
