Question about WD My Cloud Home

In addition to storing files, can such NAS servers as WD My Cloud also be used to create Time Machine backups? And theoretically by several people with their own accounts? How quiet is this product? So about the spinning fan and rattling hard drive in the living room.... I can't really judge that yet.

We also have the My Cloud in the living room and don't hear it, the device is very quiet. We use it exclusively for TimeMachine backups for several Macs within our network, easy to set up and use.

I use it for backups of two Macs from two different people via Time Machine Backup. It works without any problems and is easy to set up. The device is very quiet.
