The Google Nest Mini (2nd generation) can speak and understand several languages, including:
Italian
English (various variants: USA, UK, Australia, Canada, etc.)
French
German
Spanish
Portuguese
Dutch
Japanese
Korean
Swedish
Danish
Norwegian
Finnish
You can also set it to recognise two languages at the same time, for example Italian and English, and it will answer in the language used in the question.
If you want to change the language of your Google Nest Mini:
Open the Google Home app on your smartphone.
Tap on the icon of your Nest Mini device.
Go to Settings (gear) > Google Assistant > Languages.
Add or change your preferred language.
