Is it possible to deactivate the Voice Assistant completely? I don't want the microphone listening to the room all the time (see Amazon Alexa, Bixby reviews on the net). DAnke

On the Samsung Smart Monitor LS32AM704URXEN, the Voice Assistant function is only available when Voice Assistant is set to Bixby. If you do not set Voice Assistant, the function remains deactivated. Please refer to page 69 of the user manual. You can access the user manual by entering the model code in the search bar on our manufacturer's page and downloading the user manual under the link "User manual and downloads" in the lower section of the product data sheet.
