The Aspire V15 V3-574 should support a 2.5" drive such as the Crucial MX500.

We cannot guarantee that it will support the 1TB drive as it is an older machine and there is not much documentation on it, but the customer can try it and send the SSD back if it is not recognised.

As long as the SATA slot is free, you can install this SSD. Unfortunately I couldn't find their current model, but the Acer Aspire V15 V3-574 series has general support for these SSDs
