Is the plate on which the joystick is mounted made of lead? Is the price worth it? Is the workmanship of high quality? (Buttons have a decent pressure force; metal workmanship, not plastic).

So the plate on which the stick is mounted is made of metal. It's not lead, but it's still very heavy.
Basically, it's the best-finished stick I've seen so far. The stick is made of metal and weighs about 1kg. :) The throttle unit is largely made of metal, but the two thrust levers are made of plastic, which does not mean that they are of inferior quality. The buttons are, in short, the best I have found so far. A good amount of pressure is needed to operate them, so it never happens that a switch is accidentally pressed.
I think the stick is well worth the price. The stick is quite hard to operate, but can be adjusted more easily by removing the large spring from the base and replacing it with lighter ones (included in the joystick). I don't know if this is really the way it is meant to be, but after the adjustment, helicopters can also be controlled quite comfortably.

The joystick is very stable, the plate is heavy as lead and fixes well. The workmanship is very good all round, the buttons have an ideal pressure point and deflection, as far as I can tell. The joystick is very precise and can withstand a lot of force. If you want to be brutal, you can also nail the plate to the table.
The thrust control, although also of very good quality, is a little smaller than the original. As a result, it lies a little low above the rest of the switches.
For flight simulators it's certainly great, but for modern space simulators (Elite Dangerous) the thrust control is a bit awkward. I would like to see a specially developed Hotas with more easily accessible buttons and the same quality as the Warthog. The hat and mini-mouse, for example, are difficult to operate precisely.
For the workmanship, the price is absolutely justified.

Absolutely top-quality product.
Clear pressure points on the buttons, I also find the mouse hat, etc very good for a stick.

You can work (play...) with LED lighting and even replace the upper part of the stick if necessary...

If you are a flight enthusiast then yes this is the best flight stick on the market. With the best drivers. Buy it with DCS :)
