I know the problem.
I had the light gap 3 days after buying it, which was also the reason why Samsung stopped selling it for the time being.
According to Digitec, this was a DOA warranty case.
The confirmation I received by e-mail after my report said that I should contact ESAG.
They told me that the monitor would be repaired.
However, according to the Digitec warranty conditions, the defective device is replaced in the event of a DOA case, so I contacted support. After numerous references to ESAG, Samsung support and several e-mails, where they always talked about repair, I sent the support lady the warranty guidelines of her own employer and insisted on a replacement. After that, it worked perfectly.
Unfortunately, the second monitor also showed the error with the light gap on the same day as the exchange. So I opened another warranty claim. Again I was referred to ESAG in the confirmation. So the next day I contacted the support team by phone and told them that only an exchange was an option, and lo and behold, it worked perfectly.
Now the third screen is on my office desk and so far it works flawlessly. :-)

So if you have a DOA warranty claim, be sure to insist on an exchange, which you are entitled to under the warranty policy.
At this price, which the monitor costs, it is simply not acceptable to have a repaired unit after a few days.
