Maybe a silly question, but can I use this hard drive normally for the laptop, or would I like to be able to use it for the PS4 and the laptop?

The disk is formatted by the PS4 for the system so that it is available for games, etc. The data is not flipped.
Therefore, "FlipFlopen" is not possible without always losing all data.
