Question about Netatmo Presence
Problem: App does not recognise camera! Wifi connection is top! Tried all instructions for this problem 1000 times etc. Deleted app, reset camera. Power on/off. Router new. Start. Camera is connected to mobile phone app but an unexpected error has occurred It Spezalist was also there everything ok except app there probably only the disposal helps
Has the SD memory card already been checked? If it is defective, this kind of misbehaviour will occur.
I had the same problem a few weeks ago. It wouldn't connect properly to my main WLAN and lost the connection every few hours.
I have now set up a second WLAN with different hardware and now everything has been running smoothly again for weeks.
Here we are at the chicken/egg problem. What is the problem? Router or camera.
