Please contact our colleagues from the telephone support with your request. Go to the Samsung website and select "Hotline" in the "Support" tab. Scroll down to "Contact Service". Please note that you can reach us from Monday to Saturday between 08:00 and 20:00. 
Please note that umlauts are always transcribed with a trailing "e" (AE, OE and UE).
