If the PCIe 5.0 x4 M.2 slot is occupied, the lanes of the graphics card slot are halved to x8 and thus the max. throughput - also that of a PCIe 4.0 graphics card. So if possible, use all other M.2 slots first, unless you have a PCIe 5.0 SSD and want to make use of the full performance - at the expense of graphics performance. With PCIe 5.0 graphics cards, x8 should initially be less of a problem (equivalent to PCIe 4.0 x16).
