Sorry, it is known that the Kijo Pro with firmware 1.0 is not usable because you cannot update the firmware. Why are you still selling the webcam with firmware 1.0? It's really inconvenient for the end customer to have to deal with Razer support. I can't evaluate the camera itself yet.

You will hardly find a reseller who takes care of the firmware level. That is the responsibility of the manufacturer or customer.
I wrote to Razer support at the time and received a link to the FW updater very quickly.
And if you had invested 30 seconds in a Google search, you would probably have reached your goal more quickly...
