The router keeps failing (losing connection) and then keeps asking for the SIM card pin code. Although it is permanently connected to the power supply. Extremely annoying. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
I've now had Swisscom Support do a rest of the SIM card. Now watch for a few weeks to see if that helps. I think the next step would be to send the device back as a warranty case. It can't be.
Mine has also been losing connection constantly for 3 weeks. I tried to contact FreeFunk, but that is also catastrophic to possibly impossible. There's only WhatsApp but that hasn't worked so far either. I suspect very, very bad things. Everyone will blame each other again. What have you already done? I'm curious what you will report.
