What do swisscom customers do who are forced to use the swisscom router? Is there a setting / solution to configure the swisscom router as a stupid modem and then use the xr500 as a router? Swisscom TV must of course also still work....
Swisscom's official answer is to place the additional router in the DMZ of the Internet Box.
But in IPV4 she has it!!!
yes call Swisscom customer service ask for a change from IPV6 to IPV4 then put the router in bridge mode and then connect to Lan 1 or Wan from the Swisscom router to Netgear XR500 in the WAN connection and good :-)
