Question about i-tec USB 3.0 / USB-C Dual 4K Dock

When I connect my MacBook Air 2018 and install the drivers, I can use all two (or three) monitors, but one of the external monitors only has a picture in one half (the other remains black). What am I doing wrong?

Hello,

Yes, you should be able to use 2 external monitors without any problems.
First, please make sure that both monitors are connected to different zones - video outputs are marked as Zone 1 (HDMI1/DP1) and Zone 2 (HDMI2/DP2).
