When pairing the watch with the app, the message "IMEI invalid" appears. The SIM is shown as active on Lidl-connect. At the top right of the watch, "Untethered 4G" appears with three dashes of reception. Does anyone have a solution?
Is there a solution? we now have the same and I can't set APN, the support only "knows" the thing with the settings
GoMo also works ??? , does anyone have experience with GoMo ??
For me, "Yallo" and "Salt" SIM cards work fine.
But SIM cards "Mucho Mobile" and "Lyca" do not work - they need special APN settings that this watch cannot use.
We had a similar problem and were very annoyed... In our case, however, the solution was simple: no reception. Nothing seems to work without sim cards (not even the pedometer). We now have a 1-month free sim card in it and are curious what will still work on the watch after this month...
