Logitech MX Anywhere 3 für Mac

Which version of the mouse should I buy if I want to use it on a Windows PC and an Apple iPad at the same time?
I have the Logitech MX Anywhere 3 for Mac at home (Logitech MX Anywhere 3 for Mac (Wireless)) and use it alternately on Mac and PC (has a little button on the bottom that lets you switch between up to three computers).
At the office I have its bigger brother Logitech MX Master (https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/logitech-mx-master-3s-for-mac-kabellos-maus-22490475). I'm pretty sure any Logitech mouse will work with Mac and PC. As far as I know, the only difference between the normal = PC version and the Mac version is that the PC version comes with a small dongle, which the Mac version does not. PC people apparently don't mind having ugly dongles sticking out of their notebooks and trust Windows Bluetooth stability a little less. However, it definitely works on PC and Mac purely via Bluetooth and without a dongle with both mice mentioned.
However, when I really work on the Mac (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere), nothing beats the Apple Magic Mouse. There you don't only have a scroll wheel for (up/down), but you can use the whole back of the mouse for scrolling in all directions, which is very good in the Adobe products for example (you can scroll and zoom at the same time without changing the selected tool). I hope it helps.
