This baby monitor set consists of a transmitter unit, a receiver unit, and two power adapters. The microphone sensitivity can be adjusted, and the range control can be turned off. The baby monitor has a range of up to 250 meters in open fields. It features a sound-activated power-on function. The receiver unit with an LCD display includes a room temperature indicator, a noise level indicator, and a battery status indicator, as well as a belt clip. The transmitter unit is equipped with a night light. The baby monitor offers maximum reduction of electromagnetic smog and minimal radio exposure. No internet is required for use. In case of a power outage, the baby monitor automatically switches to battery operation (3 AAA batteries required and included). Tuner technology: VHF. Voltage: 1.5 V. Transmission frequency: 864 MHz. Dimensions: 21.6 x 17.2 x 8.1 cm. Item weight: 780 grams. Material: Plastic.

Eine große Schwäche des Angelcare AC423-D ist seine geringe Reichweite, sodass er höchstens in kleinen Wohnungen zum Einsatz kommen sollte. Dabei klingt er solide und funktioniert ordentlich, wobei er auch von anderen Babyfonen nur wenig beeinflusst wird. Die mitgelieferte Anleitung macht einen guten Eindruck, die Bedienung im Alltag, die Inbetriebnahme und auch die Warnung bei Störungen hingegen sind...

Beim Angelcare AC423-D muss man deutliche Abstriche hinsichtlich der Reichweite machen, wobei das Babyphone ebenso Schwächen bei der Handhabung zeigt. Die Leistung des Akkus ist wiederum sehr stark, die Verbrauchswerte sind gering und auch die Verarbeitung ist gut.
