I always use the function to heat the water to 100 degrees overnight and then cool it down to 37 degrees. Now, however, the water cools down to a temperature of 31 degrees and not 37 as I selected. I then have to heat it up again briefly to 37 degrees. Am I doing something wrong?

Hello We bought the Milky Now appliance about 1 month ago, and now it is permanently boiling as soon as I connect the appliance to the power supply. No matter which function you select.

Doesn't it need a lot of electricity to keep the water warm? I'm not familiar with it... and does it make noise during the keep warm function? (Permanent)

After approx. 1 week, we started the cleaning programme and wanted to drain the water, but it no longer works. You can hear the noise of the pump, but no water comes out. Do you know this problem?

How long does it take after switching on until the water, approx. 300ml, has reached 40 degrees? What is the minimum amount that needs to be poured in? Is it possible to put a bottle inside to warm the milk? What are the internal dimensions of the appliance?

The powder should be added when the water has a temperature of 70° (it says so on the milk powder packaging). In the video they dispense the water at 37° and add the powder. Is this correct though?
