Not usable: Measurement on forehead 2.5 degrees more than in the ear (several times and on different people as well as days!!), repeated measurements in the same place give up to 0.6 degrees difference.
Customer service extremely courteous, the entire amount was credited without hesitation!Measures very unreliable, several times no fever measured although there was a fever
Would prefer a conventional thermometer.
If you really want to know exactly how high the body temperature is you probably can not get around a normal thermometer.
For me, the measurement always shows different values with deviations up to 0.3 degrees.Pro
