Elvie Electric double breast pump
I have now left myself extra some time for the evaluation, because these are very divergent here.
With our first daughter I had a large Medela pump. But I am now very enthusiastic about the elvie pump. However, I think it is an advantage if you have rather smaller breasts. I also never need full suction. It only hurts for me. Therefore, I would NEVER use another pump again.
The biggest advantage: pumping and walking around, reading a book, looking at the big daughter or writing a Galaxus review.
From me there is therefore a great recommendation!

I used the Medela double pump with my first child to pump at work. With the second I was happy about the new generation wireless and quiet devices. Unfortunately, the Elvie does not convince me. In my opinion, it is not suitable especially for women with little milk or who need to boost their milk production with pumping and for women without experience in pumping, because the handling is difficult and error-prone.
Overall, you can tell that while the Elvie producers had a great new approach, they lack the experience of established manufacturers like Medela. The result is a pump with many teething problems.
I now get along quite well with her, but always regret having sold my Medela already.
A few more clarifications on the negative points:
Tightness: if parts are not completely dry, if not screwed/plugged together completely tight, if the reservoir is pushed away from the pump a bit by bra pressure, etc. the pump loses suction. For me, it's at least 3x troubleshooting per session for lack of suction. This negates the advantage of "handsfree" because you still always have to focus on the pump.
No clear view of the breast: especially when milk production is low, you can't see which area of the breast could still be massaged to empty the breast completely (with Medela you can see immediately whether more milk is flowing because you have a clear view of the nipples). Also, it happens to me again and again that the nipple is bent in the channel (so the gland exits are virtually pressed against the channel wall), I notice only when after a few minutes still no milk flows into the reservoir.
Oh and regarding the promise that you can pump and work / look at the children / etc. at the same time: with me the milk does not flow if I do not relax, so this advantage brings me unfortunately nothing... ;)

I would say not suitable for too big breasts.

I do not like to write reviews. Only in this case I have researched so much myself because the price for the breast pump is so high that I now share my experience with pleasure. My milk is not enough on its own, which is why I pump where I can to stimulate the milk. Everything I have read about the Elvie has excited me. But the negative comments have put me off. I have to say that it is perfect for my purposes. I can pump and at the same time clean out the dishwasher, change the little one etc.. I would not dance with it now. Too much movement does not seem to me to be beneficial. And it has leaked on me twice already. Even though I don't know where. It can't be the milk amount in my case. The app really isn't all that accurate. But here I also wonder how it should be at all. Think that is too much expected. For me is great that the app remembers the times and you can start over it. But I also do not have the problem that I run the risk that it "overflows". My chest does not give that much.
I followed the advice of the French comment and have ordered me directly the S breast shells me. And it works great for me. I pumped with the Medela Symphonie before and can't say that I get less with the Elvie. But I also let the Elvie pump longer without any problems because it runs alongside. For work, if you sit still, definitely recommended. Sure you have to watch out that it does not leak. Here one also makes at best first familiar with it. And wen it is quite unfortunately one hears the pumping noise. But no comparison to the Medela. I am totally enthusiastic. It makes it easier for me to give my child more breast milk.
And if it doesn't work, I can only recommend trying the S bowls.

Is less efficient than my Medela pump, however Elvie is very discreet, great for pumping on the go without me having to back out.
