Product good, Galaxus weak
The product itself is good and recommendable. Fulfils its duty from A-Z.
BUT: No Swiss plug included, reported to Galaxus approx. 3-4 weeks ago, still no answer. I had to organise the plug myself. It's a shame that this product has to suffer from the poor service from Galaxus.Basically
According to the NEV, it is not permitted in Switzerland to sell appliances with a foreign plug pattern. This is not the first time I have received a device from Galaxus with a Schuko plug without an adapter. When I order in Switzerland, I demand that the appliance can be operated here without any additional effort!

Very good but Galaxus sells Forbidden without plug adapter!
Prohibited sale without permanent plug adapter. Galaxus knows exactly about this problem and still sells devices without the legally required permanent adapter. Please all report to the Swiss Federal Inspectorate for Heavy Current
