Adrian Solo (July 6, 1972, in Basel; real name Adrian Benjamin Sieber) is a Swiss pop musician. Adrian Sieber was originally the drummer for a band called The Bash before he began recording solo with guitar and vocals in 1992 and entered a band contest in Basel. From this solo attempt, the band Lovebugs was formed, which not only won the contest but also became one of the most successful bands in Switzerland in the 2000s. After the Lovebugs took a break following two consecutive number-one albums, Sieber decided to use this pause for a long-planned solo venture.
