The only difference I see is the Graphical and Programming feature. So with the 175.- you can program. Personal I'm completely fine with the 135.- version

No, unfortunately the calculator cannot do that. UPN is a typical HP function. As an alternative, I would recommend the HP Prime HP Prime v2 CAS Color Touch (battery).

This is also a calculator and not a desktop PC, I don't know what you're going to do with it but it will do for Python.....
