SumUp POS Lite + Solo
SumUp POS Lite + Solo
Item has been in use for several months.
Software is theoretically very good, many articles can be created, stock management available.
Sumup payment system is also good.
BUT, this touchscreen is the bottom drawer! If several categories/articles are created and the tabs are scrolled by touch, articles are simply added to the cart (gohsting). Have already sent in support twice says have tested, but in my opinion not with articles, they have only tested touch keyboard....
Item came back, but not properly packaged, I got the touchscreen back with scratches and dents on the side. now the cash register at least looks like it is on the outside....
I can recommend the system to anyone from a software point of view, but this hardware is very very bad! I would rather combine it with an Ipad, for example.
So again, apart from looking fancy, this cash register can't do anything! Better buy a tablet and Solo separately!
Addendum, got a new device, runs much better!

It is questionable to sell something like this without indicating that organisations with a legal entity cannot use it.

The tablet is practical and works well with the card terminal. Processing payments is easy, as is entering products. If the VAT changes, everything has to be changed individually. The power supply could be improved, a rechargeable battery would be a great thing to ensure operation in the event of a power failure. A SIM card in the tablet would also be a certain added value, as there is one in the Solo anyway. Compatibility with standard network printers would be great, the SumUp paper rolls are simply incredibly expensive.
