Unfortunately I have a connection problem no connection Scan (!) device to Mac via Wlan. You also have a problem with Mac and Scansnap since the update to MacOS Sequoia. Scansnap software is also updated. Connection is currently only possible via USB cable or app. Or after reinstalling the Scansnap software it works but after restarting the PC it no longer works.
I am accessing Scansnap via Windows - so I don't know if it will help: I have the same problem. Apparently the IP address changes and the PC and Scansnap can no longer find each other. What helps me: Deactivate the WLAN function in Scansnap (in the Wi-Fi settings), confirm and then reactivate.
