I have an LG Smart TV and the Syncbox connected... Now my question: Does the Light Strip not work via the Syncbox when I watch TV? Somehow nothing happens with colours. Can anyone help me?

No, I have a Samsung connected to a receiver from our local provider.

The signal must come from the TV box, if you watch Netflix ect via the app on the TV, this unfortunately does not work.
