I think that's a bit cheeky. First you set the price at CHF X, which is a lot higher than other dealers. Still, I ordered from you, and 2 days later you offer a "discount" and adjust the prices to the BASIC PRICES of the competition. I'm thinking of sending them back and only buying from the competition from now on.
If you ask the support nicely, they sometimes make a discount in these cases :)

Why didn't you just buy from the competition if it bothers you so much to pay more? You don't have to understand.
Besides, the people above me have already suggested that you could write a nice email to the support team instead of "swearing off" Digitec.
Just write to support, I have already heard the same thing from some acquaintances, they finally received the difference as a voucher - after a few emails.
