A good thing when you have to feed getennt. Unfortunately, a bit wide, a naughty cat comes there still loose next to the rightful recipient to the food. I have for my less naughty cat a narrower passage made of cardboard, so it works. You can also use a small ceramic bowl instead of the quite big one.
The plastic of the frame is quite dirt-repellent, cleaning with a damp cloth quite usually. I therefore do not use the mat at all.

I have a gluttonous cat who eats everything he can find and the other more reasonable one. This was the only way to share the food.
It is also ideal when two cats have different diets.
It takes a little patience to get them used to it and not to force it, but my cats understood quickly.

Child's play conditions. Inserting cats is also very easy.
It's just a shame that for the price it doesn't have a built-in battery or direct power connection.
Very practical device with many features that can be very helpful if you have a cat that has recurring problems with gastrointestinal or food intake.
I would have liked to be able to use rechargeable batteries, which is a big disadvantage as you need 4 of them. I can't say how long they last, but it's still a shame.
You have to be very careful with the scales as otherwise they might show malfunctions.

Unfortunately, the cat, who shouldn't eat so much, nevertheless gets the food of our much narrower house cat. It has become his hobby to wait for hours in front of the machine until his brother comes to open the flap for him. Either he joins him right away or waits until he has moved away again and can then leisurely finish his food, as the flap doesn't close fast enough or doesn't close when the chipped cat moves away. For so much money I expect a reliable product. Unfortunately, this does not solve the food problem.

The vending machine fulfils its purpose perfectly. The food is not stolen by unregistered cats and therefore the eating behaviour can be controlled well. The flap is very quiet when opening and closing, so my cats quickly got used to the machine. Highly recommended for more cat households/animals. Price a little high, but for the purpose definitely recommendable. Sep. available Sureflat double (single bowls) rather not to recommend, because the bowls are smaller and are therefore pushed around in the receptacle. I used a cardboard box as an intermediate piece, so it is also usable. Cleaning is a bit more difficult with cats that play with the food or make a mess. Since the bowls are made of plastic, it depends on the cat whether it accepts it. Among other things, they are quite high and deep, which is more difficult for short-nosed cats, especially if the bowl is divided. My cat eats more slowly because of this, which also has advantages. But the most important thing is that both cats only eat their own food and it definitely serves its purpose. The chip that comes with it was unfortunately not accepted by our cats because they never wore a collar until now. I had them chipped at the vet and the recognition worked even better and faster than the tag. I am thrilled and recommend it to everyone!
