If by Hub you mean the cat flap extension to cover the hole in the wall then it is not included. There are suitable accessories for the cat flap. I made it from a polycarbonate sheet.

io l'ho montato senza nessun tipo di problema
4 pile (tipo C) non incluse... e nessuna chiave inclusa
comunque lo ritengo un buon apparecchio sono anno che lo uso
ho 3 gatti 2 con chip e la vecchietta con la chiave.. nessun problema...

I mounted it without any kind of problem
4 batteries (type C) not included ... and no key included
however I consider it a good device I have been using it for years
I have 3 cats 2 with chips and the old lady with the key .. no proplema ...
