Forté AP (universal) is a high-quality grinder that meets the expectations of even the most demanding users. Unlike the BG model, it features a complete grinding range from coarse to fine (including espresso) and is equipped with ceramic grinding mechanisms. Smooth ceramic burrs, made in Europe, offer the advantage of greater durability compared to steel cast parts, effectively doubling their lifespan. The grinder is very maintenance-friendly, as removing the burrs takes some time. The housing design is almost entirely metal, giving it an elegant appearance. The ability to close the hopper facilitates maintenance when it should not be emptied. On the front, there is a liquid crystal touchscreen for controlling the grinder. Grinding can be controlled via the control panel by weight (with an accuracy of 0.1 g) or time, and there is also a manual grinding option. Additionally, special buttons on the control panel can be programmed optionally. This is a type of on-demand grinder that grinds as needed – the coffee is ground directly into the container or bottle just before brewing. The grind setting on the panel also allows for fine or coarse adjustments. Forte offers 10 macro levels and up to 26 micro settings for a total of 260 combinations. The Forte AP is ideal for all coffee preparation methods, from espresso to French press and alternative methods such as Chemex, Aeropress, drip, or siphon. The grinder can grind up to 3.7 grams of beans per second.
