The interaction of three design features of the hand blender bell makes the SplashControl technology so effective: 6 waves that ensure an optimal flow to the knife blades, the floral shape of the hand blender bell that leads the ingredients back inside the blades for finer and more even pureeing, and the positioning of the knife blades that are angled opposite the bell shape.
